ABOUT ME
I’m a person-centered, integrative art therapist and counsellor. My approach is trauma-informed, and I draw on CBT and solution-focussed tools and techniques to support clients’ well-being. I offer bespoke sessions, tailored to each individual and incorporate the use of creative interventions in my work to help clients reflect, explore and discover.
My areas of specialism include working as a creative therapist, providing counselling to adults and supporting with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, work/life balance, loss, illness, self-esteem and life transitions. I have an MA in Counselling Psychology with an emphasis in Expressive Arts Therapy, and I'm an HCPC registered Art Therapist and BACP Accredited Counsellor. I grew up in California but have lived and worked in the UK and Northern Ireland for the past 15 years.
