Regular workshops will take place throughout the year. These workshops will be held remotely within small groups. Each workshop will be set around a seasonal theme that we’ll explore together using a variety of creative materials. Please see below for next year’s themes.

At the start of the year, we celebrate beginnings. We'll create vision boards and set our intentions for the coming year.

Moving into Spring brings longer days and new energy. In this workshop, we'll set goals using poetry & lyrics to help us get moving!

Halfway through the year, we'll have a mini-retreat with mindfulness and self-care.

As we enter into the season of darkness, we'll focus on our dreams and what gives us light.
